Many common terms in biogerontology are controversial and even experts disagree on the definitions of many different terms, mainly because aging happens differently for different humans. Also, that age-associated diseases are due to evolution and natural selection.The author did a fairly good job on supporting their thesis however this article seemed somewhat outdated, because I believe researchers have come to more of an agreement about aging definitions. I do think that this thesis could be accurate, especially because research, especially in health and technology, is always changing.
